Toyota airjet and Picanol / Vamatex rapier looms weave the fabric.
04 · Processing
Desizing, bleaching, dyeing and stenter width-setting in-house.
05 · Cutting & Hemming
Precision cutting, then 4-side hemming on lockstitch machines.
06 · Inspection
Every lot checked for size, GSM, stitches and defects before approval.

Steam pressing and uniform folding for a crisp, gift-ready finish.
