How We Make It - From Yarn to your pocket...
01 · Yarn Sourcing & Testing
Combed cotton yarn from trusted spinning mills, lab-checked for count, CSP, evenness and moisture before it enters the mill.
02 · Warping & Sizing
Thousands of warp ends are wound on sectional warping machines, then sized to add strength — so the yarn runs smoothly through high-speed weaving without breakage.
03 · Weaving
Toyota air-jet and Picanol / Vamatex rapier looms interlace warp and weft into tight, even fabric — settings tuned per design for consistent width and construction.
04 · Processing
Desizing, bleaching, dyeing and mercerisation is done on the fabric produced on looms, finished with stenter width-setting — for stable dimensions, bright shades and colours that last wash after wash.
05 · Cutting & Hemming
Fabric is precision-cut to size, then hemmed on all four sides on lockstitch machines — a neat, durable edge that will not fray with daily use.
06 · Inspection
Every lot is checked for size, GSM, stitch quality, weaving defects and shade matching. Only pieces that clear every checkpoint move to finishing.
07 · Pressing & Folding
Steam pressing removes every crease, and each piece is uniformly folded — a crisp, gift-ready finish straight off the table.
08 · Packing & Dispatch
Packed in poly bags or printed boxes, labelled and carton-strapped — then dispatched from our garment unit straight to your pocket.

‘Arihant Mills’ is a brand of ‘Arihant Corporation’ which is a renowned textile company located in Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra. For the past 60 years, we manufacture traditional garments like sarees, dhotis, and everyday products such as handkerchiefs, socks, and kurta-pyjamas. We export grey and finish fabrics. ‘Arihant’ has always been a one-stop solution for institutions requiring customized products like uniform sarees. What sets us apart is our structured approach to business, with a focus on scalability, systems, and automation.
