1. Products
We manufacture and sell cotton handkerchiefs and related textile goods. Product images are indicative; minor variations in shade and print are natural for textile goods and do not constitute a defect.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include 5% GST. Payments are accepted through secure prepaid modes only (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) via our payment gateway partner. We do not offer cash on delivery.

3. Orders
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud; in such cases the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of this website or its services, including unauthorised access, data scraping, or fraudulent transactions.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, text, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Arihant Corporation and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.

6. Returns
Handkerchiefs are hygiene products. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy — products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Invoicing
A GST invoice (HSN 6213) is issued for every order in the name of Arihant Corporation.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for courier delays beyond our control.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Arihant Corporation harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of this website or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ichalkaranji/Kolhapur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
