Products: We manufacture and sell cotton handkerchiefs and related textile goods. Product images are indicative; minor variations in shade and print are natural for textile goods and do not constitute a defect.
Pricing and payment: All prices are in Indian Rupees and include 5% GST. Payments are accepted through secure prepaid modes only (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) via our payment gateway partner. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Orders: An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud; in such cases the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Returns: Handkerchiefs are hygiene products. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy – products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
Invoicing: A GST invoice (HSN 6213) is issued for every order in the name of Arihant Mills.
Limitation of liability: Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for courier delays beyond our control.
Governing law and jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ichalkaranji/Kolhapur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
